We currently offer several formats and sizes depending on the type of product:

  • Round buttons: 25 mm (ideal for minimalist designs), 32 mm (versatile and popular) and 58 mm (perfect for eye-catching designs).
  • Square plates: 50 x 50 mm format.
  • Refrigerator magnets: square format 50 x 50 mm.

During the purchasing process, you can select the format and size that best suits your style and needs.

Note: Buttons like square magnets are ideal for original designs, logos, illustrations, or phrases that look best on a larger, symmetrical surface.

All our products are made with lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant materials. Each product has a detailed description in the store, where you can find materials, dimensions, and other relevant details.

Ordering custom magnets is very simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Select product options: Choose your preferred finish (for example, transparent film or holographic star effect). Then, select the desired set (such as a 6-pack) and the quantity you want to order.
  2. Upload your photos: Click the “Select Files” button to upload the images you want to use. You can upload them from your gallery, Instagram account, or any folder on your device. You'll have the option to crop, edit, and preview them before confirming.
  3. Complete the required information: Before completing your order, you must indicate whether you consent to the use of your photos on our social media. This choice is mandatory, and you can choose "Yes" or "No" depending on your preference.
  4. Complete your purchase: Once everything is ready, add the product to your cart and click "Buy Now." Fill in your shipping information and email address, and proceed to checkout.
  5. Track your shipment status: After confirming your order, our team will print, cut, package, and ship your custom magnets. You'll receive a confirmation email and a tracking number so you can track your shipment status at any time.

We accept files in JPG, PNG, and PDF formats. We recommend that images have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi to ensure optimal print quality. Layout is included at no additional cost .

Important: We do not make corrections to designs submitted by the client (for example: blurry images, low resolution, spelling errors, or content errors). If we detect any issues, we will contact you to provide our opinion and recommendation, but we will not make any modifications without your authorization.

If you'd like to ensure your design is reviewed and optimized, we offer an optional design review and enhancement service (at an additional cost), which includes customized adjustments based on the selected product type.

Yes, you can customize different products or the same type with different designs. Just make sure you upload the correct files for each product or the desired quantity.

In case any confusion arises, we recommend leaving a note when placing your order or sending us an email with clear instructions and attachments.

NFC technology

You just need a phone that's compatible with this technology (most modern smartphones are). You don't need to install apps or scan codes.

Yes, it is possible to link a custom link to your product.

You can tell us the link you'd like to associate (video, photo album, music, website, social media, etc.) when placing your order or email us the details later.

If it's a specific link, we'll generate it as you request. For content like videos, audio, or other media, we'll create a suitable format so it can be easily accessed and viewed within the product.

Yes! Our NFC chips are reprogrammable. You can easily update them from your phone with free apps.

The NFC chip is discreetly inserted inside the product (plates or magnets), without affecting the visible design.

Returns and Guarantees

Customized products do not accept returns or refunds , except in cases where they present manufacturing defects or printing errors attributable to us .
