1. What sizes are available for the badges?
We offer badges in various sizes: 25 mm, 32 mm, and 58 mm. During the purchasing and customization process, you can select the option that best suits your needs.

2. What is the size of the square magnets?
Our custom magnets are 50 x 50 mm in size, designed to ensure a professional, high-quality finish.

3. What materials are used in the manufacture of the plates?
The plates and magnets are made of lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and highly durable materials. Each product includes a detailed description with specific information about materials, dimensions, and other relevant features to help you choose the ideal option.

4. How can I customize my badge?
Through our intuitive platform, you can upload images directly from Instagram or your gallery. You also have the option to crop, edit, and preview your designs before submitting them. If you encounter any difficulties uploading images, please send them to hola.albyndco@gmail.com .

5. What file formats are accepted for designs?
We accept files in JPG, PNG, and PDF formats. For best results, we recommend using high-resolution images (300 dpi). Design layout is included at no additional cost.

6. Do you offer discounts for companies or events?
Yes, we offer special discounts for wholesale orders, corporate orders, and events. If you're interested in placing a large order or exploring collaboration options, please contact us for more information.

7. Is it possible to request a sample before a large order?
Of course, we offer the option of sending a product sample before confirming a wholesale order. Contact us for details and associated costs.


SHIPPING, TRACKING AND REFUNDS

8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to numerous countries. Delivery costs and times depend on location. Below are the areas we cover:

  • National Territory: Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
  • European Territory: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia and Slovakia.
  • International Territory: Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.

9. When will I receive my order?
Production time is 1 to 2 business days. Shipping times vary:
- National: 1-3 business days.
- Europe and international: 3-7 business days.

10. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number (if available). You can:

  • Click the tracking link provided in the email.
  • Visit our "Order Tracking" page and enter your order number and email address.
  • Use the tracking number on the carrier's website (e.g., Correos, UPS, DHL).

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

13. Do you offer returns or refunds?
We accept returns for standard products. However, for customized products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective or has printing errors.

14. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or with errors?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and attach photos of the problem. We promise to resolve the situation at no additional cost to you.

15. Can I sell personalized products with my logo or brand in your store?
